About Chiba City

Chiba City has good transportation access, being within about 30 minutes from Narita Airport, the gateway to Japan, and central Tokyo, and while it has developed as a metropolis that plays a part in the capital’s functions, it is also blessed with abundant greenery and a natural seaside environment. It is the prefectural capital.
